Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding Infragenx Properties’ market presence by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will come with a strong background in real estate sales, excellent client management skills, and a proven record in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property sales, leasing, and management services.
Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, and partnerships.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, builders, investors, and channel partners.
Negotiate and close large-scale property deals that align with company goals.
Create and execute strategic business plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Conduct market analysis to stay updated on pricing trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to strengthen brand visibility and client satisfaction.
Represent Infragenx Properties in client meetings, property exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development, preferably in Bangalore’s market.
Strong understanding of real estate trends, property laws, and negotiation practices.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of managing high-value clients independently.
