At INFRA-GEN-X Properties, we value your trust and aim to provide the best property management and listing services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds applicable to our service packages.

1. Free Listing Package

• The Free Listing Package is completely free of charge and non-refundable.

• You may request to remove or edit your listing at any time by contacting our support team.

• No cancellation fees apply.

 

2. Property Management Package (₹7,500/year)

• Once the Property Management Package is purchased and activated, it is non-refundable.

• If cancellation is requested before service activation, a 50% refund will be processed after deducting administrative charges.

• No refunds will be issued after 7 days of service activation.

• Services under this plan can be paused or transferred to another property upon request, subject to approval.

 

3. Premium Property Management Package (₹25,000/year)

• The Premium Property Management Package is non-refundable once activated.

• If cancellation is requested within 7 days of purchase and before any services (inspection, photoshoot, or portal setup) are initiated, a 50% refund will be issued.

• No refunds will be issued after service commencement.

• In case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., property sale, tenant occupancy issues), partial service credits may be issued at Infragenx’s discretion.

 

4. General Terms

• All refund requests must be made in writing to support@infragenxproperties.com within the applicable period.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days.

• Infragenx Properties reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
