Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Property Manager who can efficiently handle day-to-day property management operations, maintain excellent client relationships, and drive sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple property portfolios effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between property owners, landlords, tenants, and builders.
Handle sales, leasing, and rental transactions — from lead generation to closure.
Manage day-to-day property operations, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant communication.
Maintain positive and long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms between tenants, buyers, and sellers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and drive visibility.
Prepare and manage documentation such as rental agreements, sale deeds, and property reports.
Ensure timely collection of rent, follow-ups on renewals, and addressing tenant or owner concerns.
Explore new business opportunities within the property management and real estate sector.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage several properties and clients simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and client relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and property management software (added advantage).
