Infragenx Properties is seeking a proactive and dynamic Real Estate Agent / Field Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for showcasing properties to clients, generating leads through cold calling, scheduling site visits, and converting leads into successful sales or rentals. This role also involves handling day-to-day operational challenges to ensure smooth property transactions and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property showings for potential tenants and buyers based on client requirements.
Perform cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate site visits between clients, property owners, and management teams.
Follow up with leads and work towards closing rental or sale transactions.
Assist clients in understanding property features, pricing, and location benefits.
Maintain client databases and update lead status in CRM or management tools.
Collaborate with the operations and property management team to resolve on-ground challenges.
Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or field marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales acumen with a customer-first approach.
Must be willing to travel within city limits for client meetings and site visits.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
